Prior to joining Tancook in 2020, Rafael worked as a Global Equity Analyst at Manitou Investment Management and at Sprucegrove Investment Management. Rafael has over a decade of experience in global equities.

Rafael is a CFA charterholder and has earned an MBA and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University.

Rafael has lived on three continents and speaks fluent English, Portuguese and Italian.
